Who We Look For
ILS Instructors
ILS Instructors work one-on-one with clients on everyday skills like money management, cooking, public transportation, and self-advocacy, and join group outings out in the community.
We value people who are patient, reliable, and respectful, and who enjoy helping others build confidence. We serve clients in English, Spanish, Arabic, Urdu, Russian, Pashtu, and Farsi, so we especially welcome multilingual candidates.
